identify, challenge and replace negative core beliefs and thought patterns that are keeping you stuck with new, positive core beliefs and thought patterns. We also process any trauma and body sensations through EMDR or Brainspotting therapy.

are struggling to get out of bed daily, feeling anxious and unable to cope; are overwhelmed, tense, and experiencing physical symptoms due to life transitions, stress and/or trauma. Biblical principles are included, if requested.

I knew my life's work involved helping others become the best version of themselves by healing from trauma and learning effective coping skills.

My goal is to support you as driver in your process of change, healing and growth; coming alongside you to assist in facilitating progress, identifying solutions and overcoming traumatic experiences.
