I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focus Therapy to help my clients identify and resolve issues in their own thoughts, behaviors, and boundaries with others. My approach is direct, non-judgmental, and supportive.

I encourage my clients to think about what they want to be different about their lives so we can identify the goals and direction of our work together. Typical areas of change are: self, marriage, family, work, friendships, children, hobbies, etc.

My approach is focused on providing direct feedback and clear instruction on how to resolve issues and develop self confidence and independence.

My specialty over the past 20 years has been working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and marital/ couples issues. Other issues include divorce, self esteem, imposter syndrome, self confidence, and self improvement.

I became a therapist because I find joy, purpose, and meaning in helping those who are willing to help themselves.

After 20 years in practice, I decided to have a 100% virtual practice. I understand that some clients prefer in person therapy sessions. However, I have taken significant steps to provide the best experience for my clients without sacrificing quality
