You may know the weight of appearing composed while inside you are worn down by burnout, loneliness, or the quiet fear that something vital is slipping away.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to struggle alone, to carry pain quietly and wonder if anyone could truly understand. For a long time, I wished for a space where I didn’t have to explain or perform, where I could simply be myself and still feel accepted. Becoming a therapist was my way of creating that kind of space for other.

I work with adults navigating identity, relationships, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I focus on uncovering patterns that keep you stuck, while also offering practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected in daily life.
