My approach is integrative in nature, in that I believe that each individuals’ needs are unique. My approach is based on your personal needs for healing. I have a background in both mental health and addictions therapy, and focus on holistic wellness

I believe that therapy is a journey which involves growth and healing through the development of a healthy mind, body and soul. Together we will work collaboratively to uncover areas that need healing and process through this in a safe place.

My clients describe me as warm, welcoming and easy to connect with. I am sensitive to your individual needs for therapy. I am here to support you!

I specialize in working with both individuals and couples; and incorporate theories such as client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy and mindfulness-based approaches in order assist my clients in their healing.

I became a therapist because I have a heart to help others. It was through my own journey in therapy that I fell in love with this profession.
