I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support each client’s unique needs. When appropriate, I incorporate walk-and-talk therapy, play, or other forms of movement to foster comfort and engagement in the therapeutic process.

We will work toward the meaningful change that brought you to therapy. We will explore and address challenging emotions like loneliness, suicidal thoughts, sadness, anger, guilt, or shame, as well as behaviors like self-sabotage, to create healing.

My clients value my authentic presence, which is grounded in compassion and empathy. I also gently challenge them in a supportive manner to encourage.
